中国从中等偏下向中等偏上收入国家发展：教育何所作为？ 冯太学 （西南大学教育学院，重庆400715） 摘 要：我国正从中等偏下收入向中等偏上收入国家行列发展，在这一过程中教育应该 有所作为。在理论溯源和文献回顾的基础上，对近20年来的相关数据进行分析研究，结果 显示我国教育发展与国民收入之间呈现非常强的正相关关系，教育投入和教育发展规模适应 并促进了国民收入的提升。在当前和今后一定时期，为了进一步发挥教育在国民收入层级提 升中的积极作用，政府应更加重视教育的发展，加大教育投入和教育财政转移支付力度、关 注地区间和城乡间教育均衡发展，扩大教育规模、提升国民受教育层次，转变教育发展方式、 提高学校教育质量、培养创新人才。 关键词：教育投入;教育规模;国民收入 China is developing from a lower middle-income to a upper middle-income country：What Can Education Do? FENG Tai-xue (Faculty of Education, Southwest University, Chongqing 400715, China) Abstract: Our country is developing from a lower middle-income country to a upper middle-income country, and in the process of this development, education should amount to something. According to the relevant data of recent two decades based on the theoretical origin and literature review, we find that there is a very strong positive correlation between educational development in China and national income, the input in education and the scale of educational development adapt and promote the increase of national income. At present and for some to come, in order to further play the positive role of improving the level of national income by education, the government should pay more attention to the development of education, increased input in education and education finance transfer payments, focus on the balanced development of education between areas and between urban and rural, expanding the scale of education, improving national education level, changing the mode of educational development, improving the quality of school education and cultivating 1 creative talents.
