关于科技馆发展的几点思考 吴晓龙 （黑龙江省科学技术馆，黑龙江哈尔滨 150018） 摘要：科普基础设施作为现代公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分，对于提升公众科学文化素质发挥着不可或缺的阵地 作用。这就要求我们必须着眼于增强科普基础设施的综合服务能力，推进以科技馆为核心的科普教育基地发展，不断 满足公众利用科普设施提高自身科学素质的需求。目前我国的科技馆事业快速发展，已初具规模，面对事业单位改革 和免费对外开放等的形势，科技馆事业的发展面临着新的困难和机遇。本文拟在总结黑龙江省科技馆十年发展经验的 基础上谈点思考，探索如何实现科技馆科学发展、持续发展、规范发展、稳定发展的目标。 关键词：科技馆；发展；思考 Thoughts About the Dvelopment of Science and Technology Museums WU Xiaolong (Heilongjiang Science and Technology Museum, Harbin 150018, China) Abstract: Science infrastructure which conducts an important part of modern public cultural service system plays an indispensable position for enhancing the scientific and cultural qualities of the public. This requires us to focus on enhancing the overall service capacity of science infrastructure to promote the science and technology museums as the core of the development of science education base, to continue to meet the public needs by using the science facilities to improve their scientific qualities. At present, the science and technology museums of China are developing rapidly and facing the reform of institutions and the free to the public. The development of science and technology museums undertakings will face new difficulties and opportunities. This paper puts forward some ideas by summarizing the development experiences of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Museum in order to achieve the goals of scientific development, sustainable development, regular development and stable development of science and technology museums.
