农村初中教师问题行为的研究——以温州市瓯海区为例.pdfVIP

卷一、卷二为封闭型问卷，卷三为开放型问卷；卷一是问卷的主体部分，卷二、 卷三是对卷一的补充。该研究以问卷调查法为主，辅之以座谈、访问等方法，以 分层随机抽样的方式，选取浙江省温州市瓯海区4所农村中学教师进行测试，呈 现了农村初中教师问题行为现状，同时分析了产生问题行为的原因，最后提出了 改善农村初中教师问题行为和提高农村初中教师素质提出了相关的对策与建议， 重点是提出了完善农村初中师资队伍建设、重塑农村初中教师个人目标、提高农 村初中教师的职业认同感、强化法制观念建设和加强农村初中教师心理健康教育 等对策与建议。最终目的是预防与矫正农村初中教师问题行为，加强与改进农村 中学教育，对于同样存在类似问题的学校，提供可借鉴的依据与参考。本研究的 内容共分为七大部分： 第一章绪论。研究问题的提出，引出本文重点需解决的问题。 第二章国内外相关研究综述。论述了国内外初中教师问题行为的研究现状， 提出了当前研究中存在的不足和理论上的空白之处。 第三章研究思路。重点阐述了本研究的研究背景及意义，研究核心概念、研究 目的、内容、方法和整篇文章的研究框架，同时指出了本研究的创新点与不足之处。 第四章农村初中教师问题行为现状——基于温州市瓯海区4所学校的调查。 对“问题行为”进行了界定，强化了对“问题行为”的理解，并对教师“问题行 为”的构成要素及形成因素进行了分析。 第五章农村初中教师问题行为存在的表现形式及原因分析。通过对温州市瓯 海区的4所农村初中教师进行问卷调查和访谈，呈现了农村初中教师问题行为现 状，同时分析了产生问题行为的原因。 第六章分析与讨论。本章重点围绕问题行为与职业道德素质、知识素质、能 力素质、心理素质之间的关系进行了深入分析。 第七章提高农村初中教师素质的对策与建议。改善农村初中教师问题行为和 提高农村初中教师素质提出了相关的对策与建议，重点是提出了完善农村初中师 资队伍建设、重塑农村初中教师个人目标、提高农村初中教师的职业认同感、强 化法制观念建设和加强农村初中教师心理健康教育等对策与建议。 第八章结论与展望。 关键词： 农村初中教师： 问题行为；调查研究：对策 II 万方数据 ABSTRACT In the teaching process，teachers demonstrated by the violation of the law of educational requirements and educational act collectively referred to as problem behavior．Teachers’problem behaviors have a significant impact on the health of students．In recent years，a number of middle schools，teachers increasing problem behavior,the trend is increasingly evident，especially in rural areas，middle school teachers in problem behavior is particularly prominent，has seriously damaged the collective image of the secondary school teachers and professional prestige．Therefore， the strengthening of rural junior higll school teachers in problem behavior research has a very important practical significance． This study attempts to a combination of theoretical analysis and questionnaire， through to the Zhejiang Wenzhou Ouhal part of middle school teachers’behavior test and inspection,the discussion in todays society under the background of the basic features of the countryside junior middle school teachers’problem behaviors，SO as to prevent and rectify teacher problem behavior,tO strength
