Chinese Journal of Health Education．Januar~2003，Vo1．19．No．t 广东、吉林、四川、湖北四省0～6岁儿童家长 有关营养教育前后知信行的比较 赵丽云 ，李 丹 ，都宏菲 ，翟风英 【中图分类号】R153．2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】11302—9982(2003)01—0001—05 【摘要】 目的 了解广东、吉林、四川和湖北4省0～6岁儿童家长在营养教育前后的营养知识一态度一 行为等方面的变化。方法 用自制的儿童家长知一信一行调查问卷在营养教育前后分别对4个省的4个县随机 抽取7016名0—6岁儿童家长进行问卷调查，并对这些儿童进行身高、体重和血红蛋白的测定。结果 家长对食 物与健康的关系的认识从教育前的47，7％上升至84 4％，对疾病的认识也从52 0％增至94．0％；给4～6月儿童 添加合理辅食的人数百分比也从17．07％增至53．41％，添加的品种中蛋羹、菜末、肉末、豆腐及动物肝泥等食 物增加的幅度较大。结论 营养教育是改善儿童营养状况的重要途径。 【关键词】 儿童家长；知一信一行；营养教育 Nutrifimt-related lcrP before and a_t~r Nutrition Education among Parents of CIIjldreII Aged 0～6 in Guangdong． JiFm，~chuan，and Hubd Provinces in Clfma ZHAO Li-y~，12Dan，HAO Hong-fei，ZHAI Feng-ying．Institute ofNutri— tion and Food S4ey，Chinese Centerfor 19isease Control and Prevent／on，e~q／ng 100050，China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of nutrition education among the parents of children aged 0～6 in Guangdong，Jilin，Sichuan，and Hubei Provinces．Methods Nutrition education was carried out among the whole population in Chao’an County，Guangdong，Zigui County，Hubei，Guansaan City，Sichuan，and Yanji City，Jilin．Before the education，a questionnaire survey was conducted among 4172 parents(father or／／lo~er)of children aged 0～6 selected by random sampling nd aftertheea ducation aquestionnaire surveyw8s conducted among2844parentstoinvestigatethe changesintheirKAP about叫． trition．The heisat，weisat，and hemoglobin of the children were measured before and after the education．Results The know1． edge rate aboutthe relationbetweenfoodand health amongthe parentsWas47 7％ beforeeducationandWas 84．4％ after educa． tion．The knowledge rate of the parents about the relation between disease and nutrition was 52．0％ before education and Was 94．0％ after education．The percentage ofparents who fed their children aged 4～6 months on solid food Was 17．01％ bef
