Offensive on the pumping level of tic - Tourette syndrome Clinical Observation Of: Wu Dahua, Yang Weihua, Zhaorui Cheng, Xiao Bo Fei, WANG Xia-hong, Cheng Hai [Abstract] Objective To observe the pumping abusive treatment of liver Kang Ping deficiency, phlegm on the wind disturbance permit tic - Tourette syndrome (TS) of the efficacy and safety. Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group pumping dirty level (A group), haloperidol group (B group), pumping dirty flat joint haloperidol group (C group) .4 weeks for 22 patients a course of treatment, a course of treatment effects were observed. The results A, B , C group patients were included in the analysis 22,19,20. 3 groups after treatment for Comprehensive Yale Tic Scale (YGTSS) score, and other TCM syndromes were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P lt;0.01), in which group A B no significant difference between group, C group and A, B group differences were statistically significant (P lt;0.01) .3 group YGTSS reduction rate after treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant difference (P lt;0.05), where A and B group was no significant difference between group, C group and A, B group differences were statistically significant. A group found no adverse reactions, C, B group Asberg Scale for side effects There were significant differences in scores (P lt;0.01), C fraction lower than B group. Conclusions drawn abusive treatment of liver Kang Ping deficiency, phlegm on the wind disturbance permit safe and effective herbs TS with haloperidol combination therapy not only can enhance the effectiveness, but also reduce the adverse effects of haloperidol.
