Wrist soft-tissue mass diagnosis and surgical treatment of Author: Hu Fei is still Chiffaut KONG Rong Fang Shi-Yuan Tong Yuan [Abstract] [Objective] To investigate the diagnosis of wrist soft-tissue mass and common tumor of the surgical method. [Methods] Retrospective analysis of our hospital since January 1993 ~ June 1994 carried out in 132 cases of wrist surgery to remove soft tissue mass compared preoperative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis, analysis of surgical complications. [Results] 132 cases of mass including ganglion cyst in 110 cases of non-ganglion cyst in 22 cases, involving a total of 11 kinds of disease, preoperative diagnostic accuracy rate of 86.4%, of which the non-ganglion cyst ganglion cyst and the correct preoperative diagnosis rate was 95.5% and 40.9 %. All patients were treated by surgery, postoperative follow-up 2 years, 5 cases lost to follow-cured 123 cases, 3 cases of recurrence and death in 1 case, resection of volar swelling complications in 6 cases, resection of the dorsal mass in 2 cases of complications. [Conclusion] wrist soft-tissue mass involving a number of diseases, for ganglion cyst, surgical treatment is the key to mastering the surgical indications and elements in different parts of the operation; in view of the nature of non-ganglion cyst mass is difficult to determine, surgical consultation should be the first choice.
