Abstract: Because schools in the country and the growing role of personal life in the highlight, so people are hoping that schools can improve the country and the efficiency of social services. Based on the schools, the reasons for low efficiency considerations, improving schools autonomy to resolve the school has become an important performance measure is not high. This paper first analyzes the meaning of school autonomy, followed by analysis of the reasons for the rise of school autonomy, while the school based on the understanding of the nature proposed the school’s autonomy, which is not completely autonomous point of view.
