经间宁方治疗肾阴虚型排卵期出血的临床视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察经间宁方治疗肾阴虚型排卵期出血的临床疗效，初步探讨其作用机理， 为临床治疗该病提供科学依据。 方法：将 60 例确诊为排卵期出血，中医诊断为肾阴虚型经间期出血的患者随机 分为治疗组（30 例，口服经间宁方）、对照组（30 例，口服致康胶囊），均于月经周 期第10±2天开始，连续用药7天，1个月经周期为1疗程。治疗前后比较两组的临 床疗效、止血效果、中医证候疗效及血清雌二醇（E ）、孕酮（P）水平的变化情况。 2 结果： 1.治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为 96.7％、73.3％，两组比较有显著性差 异（P＜0.05）；在止血效果上，两组总有效率分别为 90.0％、60.0％，两组比较有 显著性差异（P＜0.05）。 2.在改善腰酸腿软、头晕耳鸣、手足心热、夜寐不宁中医症状方面，两组比较有 显著性差异（P＜0.05），治疗组显著优于对照组。 3.治疗组可提高雌二醇和孕酮水平（P＜0.05），可使子宫内膜变薄（P＜0.05）。 结论：经间宁方能有效治疗肾阴虚型排卵期出血，并能明显改善相关临床症状， 具有良好的止血效果及整体调节功效。其作用机理可能与经间宁方增强免疫力、调节 下丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴等功能有关。 关键词 排卵期出血 中医药治疗 临床观察 肾阴虚 经间宁方 Clinical Investigations on the Treatment of Ovulation Bleeding of Kidney Yin Deficient with Jingjianning Formula Speciality：Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：JiaoCun Tutor：Professor WangZhe Abstract Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Jingjianning Formula on treating Ovulation Bleeding of Kidney Yin Deficient, to explore the possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of it. Methods: 60 cases of Ovulation Bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases,treated with Jingjianning Formula) and the control group(30 cases,treated with Zhikang Capsule).
