精品论文 参考文献 浅谈对贫血病人的护理 山东省济宁市第一人民医院 【摘 要】贫血是一种常见病，特别是缺铁引起的贫血，妇女和婴幼儿都是易发人群。发展中国家的发展水平实际情况决定了贫血的人群比例更大，需要引起足够重视。贫血的护理工作对于贫血病种的治疗和康复起着非常大的作用。 【关键词】贫血；缺铁；护理 贫血是指外周血液在单位容积内的血红蛋白浓度（Hb）、红细胞计数（RRC）和（或）红细胞比容（HCT）低于同年龄、同性别、同地区正常最低值的一种临床症状。其中以血红蛋白浓度降低最为重要。缺铁性贫血是体内贮存铁缺乏，使血红蛋白合成减少，导致红细胞生成障碍所引起的一种小细胞、低色素性贫血。根据调查，全球大约有7亿左右的缺铁性贫血症患者，特别是广大的发展中国家，由于受到经济发展水平的影响，实际发病频率很高，这些患者更多的集中在妇女和儿童身上。我国国内海平面地区诊断贫血的标准为： 成年男性：Hblt;120g/L 成年女性：Hblt;110g/L 妊娠女性：Hblt;100g/L 缺铁性贫血也有比较明显的临床表现特征，其中主要的是几个方面是： 苍白.乏力.易倦.头晕.头痛.眼花.耳鸣，心肌，气短，纳差等.皮肤干燥，角化.无光泽，萎缩，毛法干枯意脱落，指[趾]甲扁平，不光整，脆薄易裂，甚至出现反甲。小儿表现好动。烦躁，易激动，头痛，发育迟缓，体力不足，注意力不集中，异食癖等等。轻度贫血--心肺功能影响不明显中度贫血--活动后可出现心悸、气短；严重贫血--轻微活动或休息状态均可发生呼吸困难。 Anemia is a common disease，especially in patients with anemia caused by iron deficiency，women and infants and young children are prone to the crowd.The level of development of developing countries，the actual situation determines the proportion of the population of anemia is bigger，need to cause enough attention.Anemia nursing work for the treatment of anemia disease and rehabilitation plays a very big role.
