万方数据万方数据AbstractCo(II), Ni(II), Cu(II)oxygen-bridge cluster complexes with benzo imidazol methanol and azine schiff bases are the important candidate material of the zero dimensional magnetical cluster complexes (including single molecule magnet; SMM), However, its synthesis also can be seen as a great random. The studies on directing to build such clusters to explore the laws of its assembly, structure-activity relationship are one of the challenges of cutting-edge topics based on research molecule-based magnetic materials.In this thesis, we selected cobalt, nickel, copper ions and azine, benzo imidazol methanol as the object on our study. Eight complexes (including disc-like binuclear M2O3N3, planar binuclear M2O3N1, Linear trinuclear M3O5N1, dodecanuclear Ni12 and dodecanuclear Co12) have been synthesized.Part one, five azine compounds has been synthesized with 2-hydrogen benzaldehyde and its derivatives and characterized by IR, single-crystal X-ray diffraction et al. Anticancer and antibacterial activities, and fluorescent properties also have been researched. The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds possess good anticancer and bacteriostatic activity better than than the reference drug trichloro triclosan at a dosage of 50 mg/L and havepotent antibacterial activities and the fluorescence properties at 5×10－5 mol/L.Part two, one disc-like binuclear clusters M2O3N3 and two planar binuclear cluster M2O3N1 have been synthesized with azine, salicylic acid Schiff base and contributed by displacing different reaction time, pH value, counter anion, and so on. the thermal stability and magnetic properties have been preliminary studyed.Part three, three Linear trinuclear clusters M3O5N1 have been synthesized with 2-hydrogen-3-ethoxybenzaldehyde azine contributed by displacing reaction temperature, solvent, and so on. The ligand coordinates to metal, which causes the d?d* ligand field of the metal ion transitions and the UV absorption spectra o
