B超联合可视人流机在临床中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨在B超及可视人流机监测下行人工流产术及带器人工流产术的临床应用价值。方法 在B超及可视人流监测下行人工流产术及带器人工流产术共 200例为观察组;选择同期进行相关手术的病例200例为对照组,对术中及术后情况进行比较。结果 观察组人工流产综合征、人工流产漏吸发生率均低于对照组,术中出血少,手术时间短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 带器人工流产术前取出顺利优于对照组。结论 采用B超及可视人流机监测人工流产方便易行,能提高手术成功率,准确性,缩短手术操作时间,减少术中和术后并发症,对人工流产等手术的使用有临床应用价值. 　　【关键词】B 超;可视人流机;人工流产 　　 　　Clinical analysis of using visual abortion machine combined with ultrasound B 　　 　　LIN Pei-xuan,LI Ya-wen,TAO Xiao-jun.Research Institute for Population and Family Planning,GuangZhou 510410,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of the induced abortion and the induced abortion with the 　　? 　　作者单位:510410广州市人口和计划生育技术服务指导所(林佩萱 　　李雅文); 番禺区计生服务站(陶晓君) 　　 　　birth control ring under visual abortion machine and ultrasound B.Methods The patients were divided into two groups.The experiment group was done the induced abortion under visual abortion machine and ultrasound B;The control group was done the induced abortion conventionally.Compare to the results of intraoperative conditon and postoperative conditon.Results Compare with the control group,the rate of the abortion Syndrome and leakage was lower;the blood was lesser;the time of operation was shorter.The operation was more successful in the induced abortion patients with the birth control.The effect significantly(P0.05).Conclusion The induced abortion under visual abortion machine and ultrasound B can increase the success rate、shorten the time of operation and decrease the intraoperative and postoperative complications.It is a useful way of the induced abortion. 　　【Key words】Ultrasound B; Visual abortion machine; Birth control ring 　　 　　 　　由于常规宫腔手术存在很大的盲目性,有时操作相当困难,尤其是对高危的宫腔情况(剖宫产术后、哺乳期、极度顷曲的子宫等),甚至可致子宫穿孔、人工流产漏吸或吸刮不全、过度刮宫导致宫腔粘连等手术并发症,给受术者身心带来痛苦。为提高宫腔手术安全性,提高手术质量,应用B超及可视人流机进行术中监护,并引导手术进行,可大大改进其效果,减少术中术后并发症。以下报告200例在B超及可视人流机监视下施行人工流产手术,并加以对照分析。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 对象 2007年3月至2009 年10月收集番禺区计生服务站及我所门诊行B 超及可视人流机监测下行人工流产并完成随访的病例共200例为观察组,选择同期未行B 超及可视人流机监测进行相关手术的受术者200例为对照组,两组临床特征和一般情
