BNP对急性脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者临床诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究BNP在急性脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者的临床诊断价值。方法 整群选取2014年6月―2015年6月期间就诊于该院35例急性脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者进行回顾性分析并将其命名为观察组，将35名来该院体检的健康成年人作为对照组，比较两组患者的BNP水平以及不同的killip分级的观察组患者的BNP水平。 结果 观察组的平均BNP水平（287.43±48.65）pg/mL高于对照组的（18.84±11.35）pg/mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；II级患者的BNP水平（213.13±43.81）pg/mL低于III级患者（367.72±51.37）pg/mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；III级患者的BNP水平（367.72±51.37）pg/mL低于IV级患者（761.10±31.45）pg/mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 BNP在急性脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者的临床诊断中具有较高的诊断价值。 　　[关键词] BNP；急性脑梗死；心力衰竭；killip分级；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R54 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（b）-0160-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of BNP in diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with heart failure. Methods 35 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with heart failure treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and were regarded as the observation group， 35 cases of healthy adults receiving physical examination were regarded as the control group， the BNP level of the two groups was compared and the BNP level in patients of different killip grades in the observation group was compared. Results The average BNP level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， [（287.43±48.65） pg/mL vs （18.84±11.35） pg/mL）]， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， the BNP level in patients of II grade was lower than that in patients of III grade， [（213.13±43.81） pg/mL vs （367.72±51.37） pg/mL）]， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， the BNP level in patients of III grade was lower than that in patients of IV grade， [（367.72±51.37） pg/mL vs （761.10±31.45） pg/mL）]， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
