优质护理在腰椎间盘突出症护理中的应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探讨优质护理在腰椎间盘突出症护理中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年3月腰椎间盘突出症患者118例，按照就诊顺序分成观察组与对照组，各59例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，比较两组患者生活质量、护理满意度、疼痛程度及SAS、SDS评分。结果 观察组护理后生理能力、社会能力、健康指数评分均明显高于对照组，SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组，疼痛程度明显低于对照组，护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 优质护理在腰椎间盘突出症护理中具有较高的应用价值，可提高患者生活质量，改善不良情绪，提高患者满意度，缓解疼痛，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词]优质护理；腰椎间盘突出症；满意度；生活质量；疼痛 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0174-03 　　Application value of high quality nursing in nursing care of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc 　　CHEN Xiao-hong1 XIE Wei2 XU Li-peng1 　　1.Department of Rehabilitation，the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College in Jiangxi Province，Jiujiang 332000，China；2.Department of Nursing，the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College in Jiangxi Province，Jiujiang 332000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in nursing care of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 118 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment，with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The quality of life，nursing satisfaction，pain degree and SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing，the scores of physical ability，social ability，health index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group；the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group；the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group；the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application value of high quality nursing care in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in nursing，can improve the quality of life of patients，improve the bad mood，relieve
