保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术在老年乳腺癌治疗中的临床价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对老年患者采用保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗的临床价值进行研究。方法 方便选取该院2014年6月―2016年5月收治的64例老年乳腺癌患者，根据随机分组法原则将患者均分为两组。对照组患者采用传统根治手术治疗，观察组患者采用保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗。对两组患者临床指标进行比较；术后随访6个月，比较两组患者术后美容效果。结果 观察组患者术中出血量为（69.3±11.8）mL、手术时间为（71.2±11.3）min、引流拔管时间为（5.0±1.1）d、总引流量为（100.6±12.6）mL，对照组患者分别为（131.7±14.6）mL、（93.8±13.4）min、（17.6±2.4）d、（185.4±16.7）mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），且观察组患者满意率93.75%比对照组71.88%高（P0.05）。 结论 保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术治疗老年乳腺癌临床效果显著，手术时间较短，术中患者出血量较少，且术后恢复较快，可大大缩短引流时间，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 保乳联合前哨淋巴结活检手术；老年；乳腺癌 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0049-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical value of breast conserving therapy and sentinel lymph node biopsy operation in the treatment of old patients with breast cancer. Methods 64 cases of old patients with breast cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each， the control group were treated with traditional radical operation， while the observation group were treated with breast conserving therapy and sentinel lymph node biopsy operation， and the clinical indexes were compare between the two groups， and after 6-month follow-up， the cosmetic result after operation was compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount， operative time， drainage extubation time and total drainage amount between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance [（69.3±11.8）mL， （71.2±11.3）min， （5.0±1.1）d， （100.6±12.6）mL vs （131.7±14.6）mL，（93.8±13.4）min，（17.6±2.4）d，（185.4±16.7）mL]（P0.05）， and the satisfactory rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （93.75% vs 71.88%） （P0.05）.
