利咽解毒方防治头颈部恶性肿瘤急性放射性口腔粘膜反应临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 对利咽解毒方防治头颈部恶性肿瘤急性放射性口腔粘膜反应的效果进行分析探讨。 方法 整群选取该院2013年1月―2015年1月收治的84例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，所有患者均进行根治性放疗，对照组42例患者采用常规西药含漱，观察者42例患者口服利咽解毒方，对比两组患者放射性口腔黏膜反应的发生率及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者的口腔黏膜反应时间明显晚于对照组，放射剂量明显多于对照组（P0.05），观察组的口腔黏膜反应愈合有效率为83.33%，对照组的口腔黏膜反应愈合有效率为42.86%，观察组的愈合有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者在根治性放疗治疗过程中采用利咽解毒方进行治疗，可有效降低放射性口腔黏膜反应发生率，在临床上值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 利咽解毒方；头颈部恶性肿瘤；放射性口腔黏膜反应 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0136-02 　　Clinical Observation of Liyanjiedu Decoction in the Preventive Treatment of Head-neck Malignant Carcinoma Acute Radiation Oral Mucosa Reaction 　　NING Peng， JIANG Fan， ZHANG Yi 　　PLA Third Hospital， Baoji， Shanxi Province， 721004 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of liyanjiedu decoction in the preventive treatment of head-neck malignant carcinoma acute radiation oral mucosa reaction.
