对比研究超声与CT对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断价值 　　【摘 要】目的：对比研究超声与CT对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断价值。方法：随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的甲状腺结节患者40例，所有患者均接受超声与CT及病理检查，对40例患者超声与CT及病理检查结果进行统计分析。结果：40例患者中，在病理检查结果方面，良性甲状腺结节33例，其中16例为结节性甲状腺肿，10例为多发腺瘤，7例为结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤；恶性甲状腺结节7例，其中5例为乳头状癌，1例为结节性甲状腺肿伴微小乳头状癌，1例为两侧甲状腺髓样癌。在超声检查结果方面，良性甲状腺结节30例，恶性甲状腺结节10例。在CT检查结果方面，良性甲状腺结节29例，恶性甲状腺结节11例。在超声与CT联合检查结果方面，良性甲状腺结节31例，恶性甲状腺结节9例。40例患者超声与CT联合检查的敏感度、特异度、准确率均显著高于超声检查、CT检查（P0.05），误诊率、漏诊率均显著低于超声检查、CT检查（P0.05），而超声检查的敏感度、特异度、准确率又均显著高于CT检查（P0.05），误诊率、漏诊率又均显著低于CT检查（P0.05）。结论：超声对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断价值较CT高，二者联合检查能够提高临床诊断准确率。 　　【关键词】超声；CT；甲状腺结节良恶性；诊断价值 　　[Abstract] Objective：To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasound and CT in benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods：Forty patients with thyroid nodules admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected.All patients underwent ultrasound，CT and pathological examination.The results of ultrasound，CT and pathology were analyzed statistically in 40 patients.Results：Of the 40 patients，33 cases had benign thyroid nodules，of which 16 were nodular goiter，10 were multiple adenomas and 7 were nodular goiter with adenomas.Malignant Thyroid nodules in 7 cases，of which 5 cases of papillary carcinoma，1 case of nodular goiter with tiny papillary carcinoma，1 case of medullary thyroid carcinoma on both sides.In the ultrasound examination results，30 cases of benign thyroid nodules，10 cases of malignant thyroid nodules.In the CT examination results，29 cases of benign thyroid nodules，11 cases of malignant thyroid nodules.In the ultrasound and CT examination results，31 cases of benign thyroid nodules，9 cases of malignant thyroid nodules.The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of ultrasound combined with CT in 40 patients were significantly higher than that of ultrasound and CT （P 0.05）.The misdiagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were significantly lower than those of ultrasound and CT （P 0.05））.The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of ultrasound were significantly higher than that of CT （P 0.05）.T
