对比螺旋CT和核磁共振诊断肝脏囊性占位价值 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨核磁共振与螺旋CT两种技术对肝脏囊性占位疾病的临床诊断价值。方法：选取在本院确诊为肝脏囊性占位疾病的患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各46例。对照组采用CT技术进行诊断，观察组采用核磁共振技术，比较两组的影像学检查结果与术后病理学检测结果的符合率、疾病的漏诊率和误诊率等情况。结果：观察组的影像学诊断结果与术后病理学检查结果的符合率明显高于对照组，疾病诊断过程中的漏诊率和误诊率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用核磁共振对肝脏囊性占位疾病的临床诊断价值较高。 　　【关键词】 核磁共振； CT； 肝脏囊性占位； 诊断 　　Comparison the Value of Hepatic Cystic Lesions between Spiral CT and MRI Diagnosis/XU Xue-cheng.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：125-126 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging and spiral CT in the diagnosis of hepatic cystic disease of the liver.Method： 92 patients with liver cyst disease in our hospital were selected，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 46 cases in each group. The control group was given CT technology， the observation group was given NMR techniques. The coincidence rate of imaging findings and postoperative pathology， the rate of misdiagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate of two groups were compared.Result： The coincidence rate of imaging findings and postoperative pathology of observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the rate of misdiagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Application of MRI has higher clinical diagnostic value of liver cystic placeholder disease. 　　【Key words】 MRI； CT； Liver cyst； Diagnosis 　　First-author’s address：Medical Insurance Outpatient Department of Fuzhou City，Fuzhou 344000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.34.040 　　螺旋CT及核磁共振两种影像学技术，作为临床上两种主要的诊断检查手段，已经被广泛应用于对肝脏囊性占位病变的诊断[1-4]。本次应用核磁共振与螺旋CT两种技术对肝脏囊性占位疾病的临床诊断价值进行对比研究，现汇报如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选取2012年9月-2014年9月在本院就诊的术后病理学诊断确诊为肝脏囊性占位疾病的患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各46例。对照组肝脏囊性占位发病时间1～16 d，平均（4.2±0.5）d；男26例，女20例；年龄22～79岁，平均（46.3±1.4）岁；肝脏转移瘤疾病15例，肝脓肿疾病12例，肝包虫囊肿疾病10例，肝脏发育性囊性病变6例，原发性肝脏恶性肿瘤疾病3例。观察组肝脏囊性占位发病时间1～18
