The third part are about some suggestions of Chinas administrative enforcement.In this part, based on Comparative analysis on Administrative Enforcement Law (Draft) above and the legal status, the author provide some suggesions of the adjustment range and structure of the administrative enforcement,the right to set administrative enforcement, measures, procedures and other aspects in administrative enforcement legislation . The fourth part is conclusion. On the base of the first three parts ,the system of Chinas administrative enforcement in the design of legislation,enforcement and implementation body, means, procedures and legal remedies and other legal aspects is proposed to meet the practical needs of administration according to law.
