应用流体树脂和窝沟封闭剂预防畸形中央尖折断疗效对比 　　[摘要] 目的 比较流体树脂和窝沟封闭剂在预防畸形中央尖折断的疗效。 方法 选择2010年3月～2013年9月我院35例患儿70颗萌出但未达到咬合平面，具有细小而高的畸形中央尖的前磨牙，将70颗牙齿随机分为实验组和对照组各35颗，对照组选用窝沟封闭剂进行固定保护，实验组则采用流体树脂。比较两组6个月、1年、2年、3年后在根尖形成之前是否发生畸形中央尖折断或出现牙髓感染症状。 结果 对照组有8颗牙齿出现材料脱落、牙尖折断，成功率为77.1%。实验组2颗牙齿出现材料脱落、牙尖折断，成功率为94.3%。 结论 应用流体树脂可提高畸形中央尖的保存率，预防效果明显高于窝沟封闭，对临床工作有一定的指导意义。 　　[关键词] 畸形中央尖；窝沟封闭剂；流体树脂；预防性应用 　　[中图分类号] R781.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）31-0062-03 　　Effect comparison between flowable resin and pit and fissure sealant applied in prevention of abnormal central cusp fracture 　　SONG Aifen GAO Lang 　　Department of Pediatric Dentistry， Wuxi Dental Hospital in Jiangsu Province， Wuxi 214000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of flowable resin and pit and fissure sealant applied in prevention of abnormal central cusp fracture. Methods Thirty-five patients treated in our hospital from March 2010 to September 2013 were selected. The 35 patients had 70 premolar teeth that erupted but didnt reach the occlusal plane with small and high abnormal central cusp. The 70 teeth were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group. In the control group， pit and fissure sealant was applied， while in the study group， flowable resin was used. Then the two groups were compared the occurrence of abnormal central cusp fracture and symptom of dental pulp infection along 6 months， 1 year， 2 years， and 3 years before formation of root apex. Results In the control group， the success rate was 77.1% with 8 central cusp fractures due to material loss. In the study group， the success rate was 94.3% with 2 central cusp fractures due to material loss.
