手术室优质护理干预对食管癌根治术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动及留置尿管耐受度影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探析手术室优质护理干预对食管癌根治术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动及留置尿管耐受度的影响。方法 方便选取该院2016年1月―2017年7月期间收治的112例食管癌根治术患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各为56例，对照组常规措施护理干预，研究组手术室优质护理服务，对两组患者清醒时间、发生躁动的情况及尿道刺激程度等进行比较分析。结果 研究组清醒时间（10.3±1.2）min、拔管时间（14.2±1.4）min与对照组比较（P0.05）；研究组躁动发生率10.71%与对照组35.71%比较（P0.05）；研究组尿路刺激反应程度0级20例，1级28例，2级7例，3级1例均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对食管癌根治术患者采取手术室优质护理干预，效果明确，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 手术室；优质护理干预；食管癌根治术；苏醒期；躁动 　　[中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0156-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing intervention in the operating room on the dysphoria during the Anesthesia recovery period and tolerance of indwelling catheter. Methods 112 cases of radical resection of esophageal cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention， while the research group adopted the excellent nursing service in the operating room， and the awakening time， occurrence of dysphoria and urethral irritation degree were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the awakening time， tube drawing time between the research group and the control group were statistically significant（P0.05）， which were respectively （10.3±1.2）min and （14.2±1.4）min in the research group， and the incidence rate of dysphoria in the research group was lower than that in the control group （10.71% vs 35.71%）（P0.05）， and the urethral irritation reactive degree in the research： 20 cases in 0 level， 28 cases in 1 level， 7 cases in 2 level and 1 case in 3 level， which were better than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of excellent nursing intervention in the operating room in patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer is definite， which is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Operating room； Excellent nursing intervention； Radical resection of esophageal cancer； Aw
