成年女性性激素六项检测在女性不孕症患者诊断中价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨成年女性性激素六项对女性不孕症患者的诊断价值。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月的80名不孕?Y女性患者作为观察组，另选择同期的80名成年健康女性作为对照组，比较两组的性激素六项水平。结果 整体水平分析显示，两组的FSH水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的LH、PRL、TESTO水平高于对照组，E2、P水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。分期水平分析显示，观察组卵泡期的LH、FSH、PRL、TESTO、P水平高于对照组，E2水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组排卵期的LH、E2、TESTO、P水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组黄体期的LH、PRL水平高于对照组，TESTO、P水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 女性性激素分泌会直接影响到受孕状况，性激素六项检查对不孕症的诊断具有一定临床意义。 　　[关键词]成年女性；性激素；不孕症；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R446.11 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0121-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of six-item sex hormone test of adult women in female patients with infertility.Methods A total of 80 women with infertility from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hosptial were selected as the observation group，another 80 healthy adult women were selected as the control group during the same period.The six items of sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results According to the analysis of overall levels，there was no significant differences in the level of FSH between the two groups （P0.05）.The levels of LH，PRL and TESTO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the levels of E2 and P in the observation group was lower than that of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.According to the analysis of stage levels，the levels of LH，FSH，PRL，TESTO and P in the follicular phase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the level of E2 in the follicular phase in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The levels of LH，E2，TESTO and P in the ovulation period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The levels of LH and PRL in the luteal phase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the levels of TESTO and P in the luteal phase of the observation group was lower than
