中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 由于地区差异及城乡差距的存在，中学教师的流动分布成相对不均衡状态， 在经济欠发达地区在很大程度上阻碍了学校的发展,对我国教育事业及经济的发展 产生了不良影响。 本文从制度化视角出发，在城乡统筹发展大背景下进行研究。研究的主题是 对引起中学教师不合理流动的制度原因进行剖析，并以重庆市九龙坡区为例,揭示 导致目前中学教师流动盲目失衡的正式制度和非正式制度之根源，以探寻解决问 题的策略。全文共分为六章： 第一章、首先分析了本文的研究背景及意义，介绍了研究内容和方法，以劳 动经济学、管理学、心理学和社会学等多学科的理论方法，以多维度视野审视该 地区中学教师流动问题，突破了以往单纯讨论现象，剖析现象背后更深层的内涵。 第二章、理论基础梳理。本章介绍了与教师流动密切相关的四种理论，即劳 动经济学理论、人力资本理论、管理学相关理论、马克思主义城乡关系理论。 第三章、九龙坡区中学教师流动的特点。首先阐述了九龙坡区划分四个教育 片区的现状，以 2011 年数据为基础从教师学历、职称、继续教育和流动教师现状 进行分析，探讨了教师流动对社会、学校及个人的影响。 第四章、九龙坡区中学教师流动的原因分析。为了解九龙坡区中学教师的流 动原因，研究者随机抽取 6 所中学的教师进行了调查问卷，运用 SPSS 统计软件进 行统计与分析，分析九龙坡区中学教师流动的具体原因。同时，从制度的视角进 行归因分心。 第五章、促进中学教师合理流动的制度化建设。需要在坚持公共性的总原则 下，同步推进教师流动的正式制度和非正式制度建设。 第六章、研究结论与展望。 关健词：城乡统筹，中学教师，流动，制度化 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Due to the existing of regional difference and the difference between city and countryside, the distribution of the middle school teacher flow is not equivalent. This impedes the development of the schools in the undeveloped district, and leads to bad influence on the development of education and economy in China. From the perspective of institutionalization，and under the aspect of urban and rural overall development, this paper analyzes the institutional reasons which cause the unreasonable middle school teacher flow, and reveals the reason of the formal and informal institution that leads to the unreasonable teacher flow, and gives out the corresponding countermeasures based on the sample of the middle school teachers in Jiulongpo district. The content of this paper can be divided into six chapters: Chapter one gives out the background and meaning of this paper, and introduces its study content and method. Various method are used, such as education, society, psychology, management method and so on , to discuss the problem of teacher flow of middle school in Jiulongpo district.
