恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者临床病例分析 　　[摘要] 目的 根据恶性胸膜间皮瘤的患者病历，分析并总结其临床特点及治疗方法。方法 方便选取2013年9月―2015年9月期间，该科收治的23例恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者病历资料作为研究资料，回顾性分析患者的临床症状、诊断依据、治疗手段、治疗效果、预后情况。 结果 23例诊断为恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者中，有12例出现呼吸困难，有10例出现胸痛，有4例出现咳嗽、咳痰，有2例出现咯血，有6例出现发热，有10例出现体重下降，下降约6～8 kg，有4例出现淋巴结肿大。治疗方式主要包括手术治疗、化疗、放疗、药物治疗等。目前，临床上用于确诊恶性胸膜间皮瘤的检查方法为胸腔镜，用于治疗该病的主要手段为综合治疗。结论 通过研究恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者的病例发现，该病的临床表现无明显特殊性，易造成诊断过程中出现误诊、漏诊的情况，并且其病情极易发生变化，极易造成患者因不能及时治疗导致病情恶化。因此及早依据影像学检查和免疫组化病理学的检查，为恶性胸膜间皮瘤进行诊断并及早治疗，对挽救患者生命，延长患者存活时间，具有十分重要的意义。 　　[关键词] 恶性胸膜间皮瘤；病例分析；治疗手段 　　[中图分类号] R734.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0076-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical features and treatment method according to the medical records of malignant pleural mesothelioma. Methods 23 cases of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were convenient selected as the research group， and the clinical symptoms， diagnosis basis， treatment means， treatment effect and prognosis of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 23 cases of patients， there were 12 cases with dyspnea， 10 cases with chest pains， 4 cases with cough， 2 cases with hemoptysis， 6 cases with fever， 10 cases with weight loss of about 6～8 kg and 4 cases with lymphadenectasis， and the treatment methods mainly included the operative treatment， chemotherapy， radiotherapy and drug treatment， currently， the examination method of malignant pleural mesothelioma is thoracoscope， and the main treatment means of the disease was the comprehensive treatment. Conclusion The research shows that there is no obvious specificity in clinic， and the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are easy to occur， and the disease is easy to change thus making the disease worse due to failing to be treated in time， therefore， we should conduct the diagnosis and early treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma， which is of important significance to saving the patients’ lives and prolonging the survival time. 　　[Key wor
