皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛临床效果及安全性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果及安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2012年9月～2014年9月温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院收治的153例胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛患者的临床资料，根据给药途径的不同将患者分成对照组1、对照组2及研究组，每组51例。对照组1采用椎旁神经注射复方倍他米松治疗，对照组2采用肋间神经注射复方倍他米松治疗，研究组采用皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗。观察比较三组疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）及睡眠质量评分（QS）、不良反应情况。 结果 ①研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组1、对照组2，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛效果十分显著，且操作简易、安全性高，具有减轻患者疼痛、提升患者睡眠质量的作用，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 胸背部；带状疱疹后神经痛；皮内注射；倍他米松；疗效；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R275.921.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）07（c）-0118-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of intracutaneous injection of Compound Betamethasone in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the thoracic and back regions. Methods The clinical data of 153 cases with postherpetic neuralgia in the thoracic and back regions who were treated in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital Yuying Childrens Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2012 to September 2014 was analyzed retrospectively， they were divided into three groups according to the route of administration： the control group 1， the control group 2 and the study group， each group of 51 cases. The control group 1 was given paravertebral injection of Compound Betamethasone， the control group 2 was given intercostal nerve injection of Compound Betamethasone， the study group was given intracutaneous injection of Compound Betamethasone. The curative effect， VAS scores， QS scores and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed and compared. Results ①The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of intracutaneous injection of Compound Betamethasone in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the thoracic and back regions is very significant， and the operation is simple and has a high safety， it can reduce the pain of patients， improve the sleep quality of patien
