胞磷胆碱注射液治疗早期脑卒中偏瘫患者疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的 分析胞磷胆碱注射液治疗早期脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效。方法 选取2014年12月～2015年12月在我院治疗的早期脑卒中偏瘫患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为A组和B组，各40例，B组实行常规治疗，A组在B组的基础上应用胞磷胆碱注射液治疗，对比两组患者的不良反应的发生情况及运动功能恢复情况。结果 治疗后，A组运动功能重度障碍、中度障碍比例均低于B组，运动功能恢复至轻度障碍及正常比例均高于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），但A组略高于B组。结论 对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者应用胞磷胆碱注射液治疗，可有效促进患者运动功能恢复，但不良反应发生率较高，需加强防范。 　　【关键词】脑卒中偏瘫；胞磷胆碱； 不良反应 　　【中图分类号】R743.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.08.00.02 　　To observe the curative effect in the treatment of citicoline injection in patients with hemiplegia after stroke 　　CUI Xiao-mei 　　（Shandong Province， Shouguang City Peoples Hospital Department of internal medicine nerve，Shandong Weifang 262700，China） 　　【Abstract】 Objective Clinical analysis of patients with early stroke citicoline injection therapy. Methods Selected December December 2014 to 2015 in 80 cases of our hospital for the treatment of early stroke patients with hemiplegia as the research object， randomly divided into group A and group B， with 40 cases in each. Group B implementation of conventional therapy， group A in B group based on Application of citicoline injection in the treatment， compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions occurrence of movement and functional recovery. Results After treatment， the motor function of A group was lower than that of B group， the proportion of moderate impairment was lower than that of group， the motor function recovered to mild disorder and the normal proportion was higher than the B group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， but the A group was slightly higher than that of the B group.
