试析中国共产党群众工作话语体系建构 　　关键词：中国共产党；群众工作；话语体系 　　摘要：群众工作是党的根本性基础性工作，其理论建构离不开话语体系建构。但群众工作话语体系建构与实践的内在理路也存在于马克思主义“生成―存在”的结构分析框架内，统摄于中国共产党90多年来的群众工作历史视野内，这是群众工作话语体系建构的历史与逻辑内在统一所决定的。群众工作话语建构有其内在理路，包括生成机理、传播机理、认同机理和检验机理四个部分。话语生成要立足中国社会实践，扎根传统文化沃土和回应人民群众期盼，以契合中国特色；话语传播要优化传播方式，区分不同群体和把握不同工作语境，以提升话语主导权；话语认同包括情感认同、理论认同和价值认同，以适应群众心理；话语检验要体现群众实践和群众满意两个维度，以检验群众工作实效。群众工作话语体系建构与实践既是时代发展的客观要求，也是巩固党执政基础的必然要求。 　　中图分类号：D61 　　文献标志码：A文章编号：1009-4474（2017）06-0001-08 　　On the Construction of the Discourse System for 　　Mass Work of the Chinese Communist Party 　　CHEN Jie， HE Yunan 　　（School of Marxism，Southwest Jiaotong University，Chengdu 610031，China） 　　Key words： Chinese Communist Party；mass work；discourse system 　　Abstract： The work of the masses is the basic work of the Party， and its theoretical construction is inseparable from the construction of its discourse system. However， the internal rationale for the construction and practice of the discourse system of mass worklies within the framework of the structural analysis of Marxist “generationexistence”. It also runs through the mass work history of the Communist Party of China for more than 90 years. History and logic are determined by internal unity.The construction of the discourse for mass work has its internal rationale， including thefour constituents： the mechanism of formation， the mechanism of communication， the mechanism of identity and the mechanism of test.
