鲜药双柏膏治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤效果 　　[摘要] 目的 观察自制鲜药双柏膏治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年3月在清远中医院住院治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者90例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、传统双柏膏组、鲜药双柏膏组，各30例。对照组不予外敷药治疗，传统双柏膏组外敷传统双柏膏，鲜药双柏膏组外敷鲜药双柏膏敷。观察三组疼痛、压痛、瘀斑评分及肿胀程度，评价疗效。 结果 传统双柏膏组与鲜药双柏膏组在改善疼痛、压痛、瘀斑评分、肿胀程度以及临床疗效上较对照组均有优势，且鲜药双柏膏优于传统双柏膏组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 鲜药双柏膏外敷治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤疗效确切，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 骨折早期；软组织损伤；传统双柏膏；鲜药双柏膏 　　[中图分类号] R274.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2018）04（c）-0061-04 　　The effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture 　　REN Xiangshun1 HU Dezhi2 LAN Guojian2 SHEN Zuhong2 LI Bifeng2 　　1.The First School of Clinical Medicine， Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine， Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510000， China； 2.Department of Orthopedics， Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Guangdong Province， Qingyuan 511500， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture. Methods Ninety patients with tibiofibulas fracture from January 2016 to march 2017 in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into classic Shuangbai Ointment group， fresh Shuangbai Ointment group and control group， with 30 cases in each group.
