健康教育与心理干预在胆囊炎患者的应用 四川省广安市岳池县罗渡中心卫牛院638300 摘要：目的：方法：选取木院2013年8月至2016年8月期间收治的 42例胆.囊炎病患为护理对象，将其随机分为对照组和联合组，每组均为21例。 对照组行常规护理，联合组在此基础上行健康教育和心理干预，对比两组病患的 胆囊炎知识知晓率、治疗依从性及HAD评分情况。结果：联合组病患对合理用 药知识、自我护理知识、日常预防知识及疾病知识知晓率明显高于对照组，治疗 依从性明显高于对照组(95.24% VS 71.43%) (Plt;0.05)；两组病患护理前HAD 评分无明显差异(Pgt；0.05),联合组护理后HAD评分明显低于对照组(Plt;0.01)o 结论：心理干预和健康教育在胆?囊炎病患护理中应用价值较高，治疗效果显著， 可提高病患依从性及知识知晓率，值得推广。 关键词：心理干预；健康教育；胆囊炎 [Abstract] objective： to study and analyze the psychological intervention and health education in the application of cholecystitis patient care. Selection methods： our hospital during August 2013 to August 2016 patients for nursing care of 42 cases of cholecystitis, were randomly divided into control group and the combined group, are all 21 cases in each group. Control group routine nursing, the joint group health education and psychological intervention on the basis of this, compared two groups of patients with cholecystitis knowledge awareness, treatment adhere nee and yudhoyono score. Results： the kno wledge of the joint groups of rational drug use, self-care knowledge, daily prevention knowledge and aware of knowledge about disease is significantly higher than the control group, treatment adherence is significantly higher than control group(95.24% VS 71.43%)(P lt; 0.05)； Two groups of patient care before HAD score has no obvious difference (P gt; 0.05), the joint group after nursing HAD score significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.01) ? Conclusion： psychological intervention and health education high application value in the cholecystitis patient care, treatment effect significantly, can improve patient complianee awareness and knowledge, is worth promoting.
