肾上腺少见占位性病变多层螺旋CT诊断 【摘要】目的：探讨肾上腺少见占位性病变的多 层螺旋CT (MSCT)的表现。方法：回顾性分析本院2011年 4月-2013年7月期间16例经手术病理证实的肾上腺少见病 变患者的CT资料。结果：16例病例中，皮质癌3例，髓质 脂肪瘤3例(双侧1例)，节细胞神经瘤3例，神经鞘瘤2 例，神经纤维瘤1例，真性囊肿1例，淋巴管样囊肿1例， 出血性假囊肿1例，髓质陈旧血肿1例。囊肿、血肿及髓样 脂肪瘤易于诊断；皮质癌CT表现提示其为恶性；其他少见 病变根据其特征性表现，亦不难定性诊断。结论：肾上腺少 见占位性病变MSCT表现均有各自特点，CT平扫+动态增强扫 描及其后处理技术对定性、定位诊断有重要的价值。 【关键词】肾上腺；肾上腺病变；X线计算机体层摄 影术 Diagnosis of Multislice CT in Uncommon Adrenal Disorders/ZHANG Yan-ping. //Medical Innovation of China, 2014, 11 (01)： 010-012 [Abstract】 Objective： To explore multislice CT ( MSCT ) findings of uncommon adrenal disorders? Method： MSCT scanning datum of 16 cases from April 2011 to July 2013 in the hospital with pathologically proved adrenal ganglioneuromas were analyzed retrospectively. ResuIt： In all 12 cases with uncommon adrenal disorders , including 3 cases of primary adrenocortical carcinoma, 3 cases of adrenal myelolipoma (1 case of double side), 3 case of left adrenal ganglioneuroma, 2 case of adrenal schwannoma, 1 case of neurofibroma, 1 case of true cyst， 1 case of lymphatic cyst, 1 case of hemorrhagic pseudocyst and 1 case of old hematoma of medulla. Adrenal cyst, hematoma and myelolipoma were diagnosed easily. It should be malignancy if the CT imaging showed adrenocortical carcinoma. The nature of other uncommon adrenal disorder was not difficult to diagnose according to its characteristic finding .Conclusion： MSCT findings of uncommon adrenal disorders all have their own characteristics?
