职业教育产教融合需求分析与推进建议 张莹周静 云南农业大学人文社会科学学院 摘要： 产教融合是深化教育改革、构建现代职业教育体系、增强企业有效竞争力的重要 内容。但目前推进程度、融合深度较为有限。产业、企业、职业院校是当前产教 融合的关键利益体。通过对产教融合的内涵以及企业和职业院校对产教融合需求 的分析，认为推进职业教育产教深度融合，应进一步发挥政府的主导作用，强 化教育服务区域和产业的理念，改革办学模式，加强校企合作和集团化办学， 创新现代职教园区建设，加速校中厂和厂中校的建设。 关键词： 产教融合;企业需求;职业院校需求;融合路径; 作者简介：张莹(1993—),女，吉林洸南人，硕士研究生，主要从事教育管理 与区域发展研究。 收稿日期:2017-07-13 基金：云南省教育厅科学研究基金研究生项目(2017YJS034) The Demand Analysis and Development Suggestions about Integration between Industry and Education on Vocational Education ZHANG Ying ZHOU Jing College of Human it ies and Social Science, Yunnan Agricultural University; Abstract： The integration of industry and education is one important part about deepening education reform, building modern vocational education system and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises effectively. But the promote degree eind integreition depth are limited. Industries, enterprises and vocational colleges arc the key to the integration of production and education at present. To promote the deep int egra tion bet ween industry and education, the government should play a leading role, strengthen the concept of education service areas and industries, reform the school-rurming model, enhance university-enterprises cooperation and collectivization school-running, innovatc the construction of modern vocational education startup hubs, speed up the construction of the factory in school and the commander factory construction by analyzing the connotation of the integration on industry and education and the requirements of the cntcrpriscs and the vocationeil colleges.
