人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床对照研宄 （安岳县第三人民医院四川资阳642350） 【摘要】目的：对比分析人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股 骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取从2014年6月到2015年6月我院收治的股骨 颈骨折老年患者共42例，利用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各 纳入患者21例，对照组患者给予人工股骨颈骨折手术，观察组患者给予全髋关 节置换术，比较两组患者手术时间、术屮出血量、住院时间及治疗后6月临床疗 效。结果：①观察组患者手术时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组患者，差异有统 计学意义（P0.05）,观察组患者术屮出血量显著少于对照组患者，差异有统计 学意义（P0.05）;②手术后6个月观察组患者临床疗效优良率为81.0%，显著 高于对照组患者的52.4%,差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：全髋关节置换 术治疗股骨颈骨折患者安全性高，临床疗效显著，值得推荐。 【关键词】股骨尖置换术；全髋关节置换术；股骨颈骨折 【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 （2016） 13-0027-02 Artificial femoral head replacement and total hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture controlled study LI WeiDong Anyue county the third peoples hospital,ziyang 642350 Sichuan,China 【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of artificial femoral head replacement and total hip replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture curative effect.
