四维彩超诊断胎儿畸形的应用价值评估与分析 刘海蓉 长沙南雅医院湖南长沙410000 【摘要】目的：探析胎儿畸形运用四维彩超诊断的临床价值。方法：选择 2013年9月-2015年9月期间来我院行产检的1000名孕妇为研究对象，所有产 妇均行四维彩超和二维彩超检查，对两种检查方式的诊断准确率进行对比分析。 结果：木组的1000名孕妇中，共发现30个畸形胎儿，畸形率为3%,其中6例 为四肢畸形，占20%, 7例为脊柱畸形，占23.33%, 4例为胸部畸形，占13.33%, 3例为颜面部畸形，占10%, 2例为颈部占6.67%, 8例为腹部畸形，占26.67%, 其中二维超声共检出畸形儿25例，检出率为83.33%,而四维超声共检出29个， 检出率为96.67%, 1例疑诊，两种检查方法的检出率对比差异明显(Plt;0.05)。 结论：临床上运用四维彩超对胎儿畸形进行诊断，不仅A有较高的诊断准确率, 还能够准确显示胎儿体表畸形，值得推广。 【关键词】胎儿畸形；四维彩超；临床价值 【abstract 】objective： to explore the clinical value of fetal abnormalities use four dimensional colour to exceed diagnose. Methods： choose 2013 - September 2015 to September 1000 pregnant women in our line of prenatal as the research object，all maternal line and four dimensional colour to exceed 2 d colour to exceed examination， with respect to the manner of two kinds of inspection diagnosis accuracy were analyzed. Results： 1000 pregnant women, found a total of 30 malformation fetus，the malformation rate was 3%, among them 6 cases of limb deformities，accounted for 20%, 7 cases of spinal deformity，accounted for 23.33%， 4 cases of chest deformity, accounted for 13.33%, 3 cases of facial deformities, accounted for 10%, 2 cases of the neck (6.67%), 8 cases of abdominal deformity, accounted for 26.67%，including 2 d ultrasound detection oaf 25 cases, detection rate of 83.33%, while the four-dimensional ultrasound were detected 29, detection rate of 96.67%, 1 case history, two methods of checking the detection rate of compared significant difference (P lt; 0.05) ?
