手术室清洁人员职业暴露的危险因素及 防护对策 张梅廖桂凤 昆明医科大学第二附属医院手术室 摘要： 目的近几年来，随着医疗卫生事业的发展，医务人员的职业防护越来越得到重 视，而对卫生清洁人员的职业防护关注较少。清洁人员作为医院的一个特殊性工 作群体，承担着医院内与医疗废物直接接触性的工作，尤其是手术室为医院感 染管理的重点科室，清洁员因职业的特殊性，每天不得不暴露于各种各类医疗 废物中，职业暴露的危险因素及发生率比普通病房明显增高。本科为奋效地降低 清洁员职业暴露的发生率，对危险因素进行分析，并针对性地制定对策，加强 了手术室清洁员的职业安全防护意识。方法根据手术室清洁员职业暴露的危险 因素及清洁员文化素质基础，制定浅显易懂的培训及防护措施示范，对清洁员 进行职业安全防护知识的培训，使其能熟练应用防护技术。结果进行防护培训 教育后，手术室清洁员职业暴露自我防护意识和防护能力明显提高。结论切实 关注清洁员这一低文化素质群体，重视清洁员职业暴露防护，确保其身心健康， 防止医院感染的发生。 关键词： 手术室;清洁员;职业暴露;防护; Risk Factors and Countermeasures of Occupational Exposure of Cleaner in Operating Room ZHANG Mei LIAO Gui-feng Operating room, The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University: Abstract： Objective in recent years，with the development of medical and health care, the occupational protection of medical personnel has been paid more and more attention, but the occupational protection of hygienic workers has been paid less attention, cleaning staff as a special work group of hospitals, to direct contact with medical waste in hospitals sex work, especially in the operating room is the focal point of hospital infection management department, cleaners because of the particularity of professional, have to exposure to various kinds of medical waste every day, the risk factors and incidence of occupational exposure to significantly higher than the general ward, undergraduate course to effectively reduce the incidence of cleaners occupational exposures, analyze the risk factors, and pointed out countermeasures to strengthen the operating room cleaners occupational safety protection consciousness. Methods according to the operating room cleaners occupational exposure of the risk factors and cultural quality of the cleaners, make simple training demonstration and protective measures, to occupational safety- knowledge training of cleaners, can skilled application protection technology.
