中药熏洗法配合常规术后康复训练对膝关节周围骨折术后的治疗效果观察 黑龙江省庆安县屮医院 黑龙江庆安152400 摘要：目的：探讨中药熏洗法配合常规术后康复训练对膝关节周围骨折术后的治 疗效果观察。方法：选取在2014年5月至2016年1月经我院收治的膝关节周围 骨折患者70例来作为研究对象，都是由于外伤所导致的骨折，进行针对性手术 治疗。将这些患者随机分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。其屮对照组接受 骨折术后常规康复训练，观察组在接受常规康复训练的同时进行屮药熏洗法治疗。 结果：观察组与对照组相比，观察组患者膝关节功能的优良率明显高于对照组， 同时两组Z间差异具有统计学差异(Plt;0.05)o观察组治疗Z后联合中药熏洗 法在各项指标方面评分明显高于对照组，Pt;0?05具有统计学意义。结论：使用 屮药熏洗法配合常规术后康复训练可以有效帮助患者缓解疼痛，从而促进手术后 膝关节功能恢复。对于膝关节受伤部位血液顺畅运行以及水肿消退有促进作用， 能够改善患者生活治疗，因此，值得推广应用。 关键词：屮药熏洗法；康复训练；膝关节周围骨折；效果观察 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the traditional Chinese medicine fuming washing with routine postoperative rehabilitation training on knee joint fractures around the postoperative observation of the therapeutic effect. Methods： 70 cases of fracture around the knee joint in our hospital from May 2014 to 2016 were selected as the study subjects, all of which were caused by trauma, 1 cases were treated by surgery. These patients were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases)? The control group accepted fracture after routine rehabilitation training, observation group accepted the routine rehabilitation training for traditional Chinese medicine fuming washing treatment. Results： compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was sign讦icantly higher than that in the control group, and the differenee between the two groups was statistically significant (Plt;0.05) . After observing the treatment group combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation washing in each index score was significantly higher than that of control group (P lt; 0.05) with statistical significanee. Conclusion： the use of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing with normal operation after rehabilitation training can effectively help the patients to relieve pain, so as to promote the function al recovery of knee joint after operati on.
