多层螺旋CT血管成像诊断颈内动脉海绵窦痿的临床价值 邹萍曾华勇 江油市人民医院放射科四川绵阳621700 【摘 要】目的：评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(DSCTA)在颈内动脉海绵窦痿 诊断的应用价值。资料与方法：对15例颈内动脉海绵窦痿患者进行头颅平扫和 多层螺旋CT三维成像，并对不同成像方式进行比较。结果：15例病例海绵窦均 扩张，与眶上静脉沟通，并呈多条迂曲血管影或多结节样强化，4例动脉期大脑 中静脉显影并扩张，1例合并右侧后交通动脉瘤，1例头颈部血管闭塞，以多平 面重建(MPR)和曲面重建(CMPR)显示清楚。容积再现(VR)和最大密度投 影(MIP)显示空间结构好，3例仿真内镜(VE)显示海绵窦呈“镂空”状改变 (41.2%), MPR和加厚MIP可以不同程度显示海绵窦引流静脉的扩张。结论： 多层螺旋CT血管造影对颈内动脉海绵窦痿的术前、术后评估具有重要的诊断价 值。 【关键词】多层螺旋CT；血管造影术；海绵窦；动静脉痿 【中图分类号】R743.3;R445 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999 (2015) 8-0283-02 Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Carotid Caver nous Fistula Zou ping, ZENG Huayong (Department of Radiology,The Peoplersquo;Hospital of Jiangyou,621700,) 【Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the value of digital subtract!on computed tomographic angiography (DSCTA) with Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Carotid Cavernous Fistulao Material and methods： 15 patients with Carotid Cavernous Fistula were underwent CT seanning and CIA, and several ways of 3D rec on structio n images were compared with each other。 Results： En largedme nt of caver nous sinu ses comm un icati on with the supraorbital vein happe ned in 15 cases. 4 cases of arterial vein enhancement and expansion in the brain, 1 cases of traffic artery after merger on the right side,l cases with arterial vascular stenosis and obstruction. With multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface reconstruction (CMPR) shows clearly.
