多层螺旋CT在急腹症肠梗阻的诊断价值观察 重庆市红十字会医院(江北区人民医院)放射科，重庆400020； 2.新疆医科大 学第六附属医院放射科，新疆乌鲁木齐830002) 通讯作者 陈翼，男，1974.9.12「工作单位：重庆市红十字会医院(江北区人 民医院)放射科，研究方向：中枢神经系统、腹部、骨病的CT、MRI影像诊 【摘要】目的分析探讨多层螺旋CT在急腹症肠梗阻中的诊断价值，为临床治疗 急腹症肠梗阻提供参考依据。方法 选择我院收治的经手术病理确诊或临床保守 治疗证实的急腹症肠梗阻患者60例作为研究对象，收治时间在2014年12月到 2015年12月，这60例患者均釆取腹部X线平片检查和多层螺旋CT检查，以此 作为CT组和X线组，诊断结束后，对比分析两组的检出符合率。结果X线组的 检出符合率为83.33%, CT组的检出符合率为98.33% (P0.05),两组的差异具 有统计学意义；多层螺旋CT诊断结果表明，60例急腹症肠梗阻患者中，多层螺 旋CT诊断结果表明，60例急腹症肠梗阻患者中，共有2例结肠直癌患者、27 例粘连性肠梗阻患者、26例麻痹性肠梗阻患者、3例肠系膜囊肿性肠梗阻患者, 1例腹股沟疝合并肠梗阻患者及1例乙状结肠扭转肠梗阻患者，此结果与病理检 查结果基木一致(P0.05)o结论多层螺旋CT在急腹症肠梗阻诊断中具有显著 的诊断价值，其临床确诊率较高，H能有效辨别疾病分型，为患者接下来的临床 治疗提供更加准确全面的参考依据，故认为该诊断方法值得在临床实践中应用推 广。 关键词：多层螺旋CT；急腹症肠梗阻；诊断；价值 【中图分类号】R445【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0436-02 Value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction were observed [Abstract] Objective To analyze to investigate the diag no Stic value of multi-slice spiral CT in acute intestinal obstruction, and provide the reference for the clinical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction.
