It suggested the balanced result which had announced the behavior motives of listed company ，intermediary′s department and supervision department theoretically ，and pointed out the choice of each behavior and interaction mechanism under the system definitely. Finally ，the arrangement of the supervision had extremely important meanings. From the conclusion ，some enlightenment and suggestion supervising was given to the accountant of listed company of our country.
