单侧双向非机动车道适应性及优化设计研究 关士托，张玉 摘要：以非机动车道为研究对象，分析了在共享单车繁荣发展、非机动车+地铁组合出行方式日益受到出行 者青睐的背景下，非机动车逆行产生的原因及影响，提出了在非机动车道设施层面解决这一矛盾的思路。 本文从道路条件、交通需求和需求点与前后过街设施位置关系三个方面分析了单侧双向非机动车道的适应 性，提出单侧双向非机动车道适宜设置的条件为：（1）次干路及以上等级道路，非机动车道挖潜宽度不小 于4m；（2）沿线有地铁站等重要交通需求点；（3）需求点距离前后过街设施超过250m。同时本文给出了 单侧双向非机动车道具体设置原则、不同情况下的车道宽度、车道布置形式和机非隔离形式的设计方案， 并以天津市中北大道和上海市云岭东路为案例，实证分析了单侧双向非机动车道的可实施性。本文为精细 化、人性化的交通设施改造提供了有力参考，进而交通品质和城市公共空间的合理利用。 关键词：单侧，双向，非机动车道，适应性，设计 Abstract:Taking non-motor vehicle lanes as the research object, thispaper analyzes the reasons and influence of non-motorized retrograde under the background of the growing prosperity of shared bicycles and the growing popularity of non-motorized vehicles + subway transit. The solution to this contradiction is at the facility level. This paper analyzes the adaptability of one side two-way non-motor vehicle lanes from the perspectives of road conditions, traffic demand and demand points positional relationship between street facilities, pointed out that suitable conditions for one sidetwo-way non-motor vehicle lanes are:(1) Secondary roads and above grade roads, and the tapping width of non-motorized lanes shall not be less than 4m. (2)There are important traffic demand points such as subway stations along the line, (3)and the distance between the demand point and the crossing facilities is more than 250m. Afterwards, the specific design principles for one side two-way non-motor vehicle lanes,lanewidthsin different contexts,lanelayoutpatterns,andisolation formsunder different scenariosaregiven. Theplansarebased on ZhongbeiAvenue in Tianjin andYunlingEast Road in Shanghai.For the case,the analysis confirmed the feasibility of one side two-way non-motor vehicle lanes. The study provides a powerful reference for the refinement and humanization of transportation facilities and improve traffic quality and the rational use of urbanpublicspace.
