PAGE PAGE 1 试论中医的发展应用 以中医筋骨并重理论在牵张成骨技术中的应用为例 作者姓名： 专业： 年级： 学号： 摘 要 目前中医药研究在中医“现代化”的道路上发展迅速,硕果累累,但同时也带来不少弊端,其长远发展令人担忧。反思几十年来中医发展之路,中医发展最大障碍在于中医思维的日渐弱化和缺失,一味地以西医的分析思维研究和“发展”中医,并以此衡量中医是否科学,导致中医教育、临床和科研均出现了“中医西化”的大趋势。中医思维在“废医存药”、“中医西化”潮流中被抛却了,中医失去中医药学自身的理论基础和创新体系及良好的临床疗效,失去了对人体的亲和性,严重阻碍了中医药学的健康发展。只有重构日渐缺失的中医思维,才能造就善于运用中医思维于临床或科研中的高级中医人才,也才能保持中医特色和优势,促进中医的健康发展。牵张成骨技术是治疗骨不连等病的新方案。但目前仍存在牵张期内肌肉等软组织生长速度与骨延长速度不匹配，造成肌挛缩等问题。本文试从牵张成骨过程中的牵张固定、辨证用药等角度着手，探讨筋骨并重理论在牵张成骨术中的应用，为后续的研究提供思路。 关键词：牵张成骨；筋骨并重；肌萎缩；骨不连 ABSTRACT Currently Chinese medicine research and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the modernization of the road quickly, fruitful, but also brought a number of shortcomings, its long-term development is worrisome.
