机械加工车间设施计划设计 The facilities planning and design of machining workshop 专 业：工业工程 姓 名： 指导老师姓名： 申请学位等级：学 士 论文提交日期： 学位授予单位： 摘 要 中国现在正处于扩大内需、加紧基础设施建设和产业转型升级关键时期，对优异装备有着巨大市场需求。加工车间作为企业制造中心，设计合理车间设施计划，对高效生产起着关键作用。本文以江西荣成机械为对象，探讨了机械加工车间设施计划基础模型。 进入二十一世纪以来，中国汽车产业飞速发展，同时带动对应零部件产业迅猛发展。差速器这一汽车关键零部件生产和制造因为存在生产技术落后、产品生产效率低、质量差、单位产品能耗高等缺点，从而成为汽车行业日趋关注焦点。 本论文关键针对机械加工车间内存在诸如物流路线不合理、运输时间长、设备部署混乱等若干问题，利用系统部署设计（SLP）方法进行改善，经过对车间作业单位，经典产品工艺步骤分析比较和产品物流和非物流相关关系分析，对机械加工车间生产设备进行重新部署，完成了对车间布局优化，使物流效率得到较大提升。 本论文还应用Flexsim软件，建立了零件作业单元仿真模型，对加工车间布局结果进行了仿真评价。 关键词：设施计划； 机械加工车间； 作业单元； 仿真 ABSTRACT China is now in the expansion of domestic demand, the critical period of the accelerating infrastructure construction and industrial transformation. So the huge market demand need a lot of advanced equipment. Processing plant as the manufacturing center of the design workshop facilities planning, the efficient production plays an important role. From the Jiang Xi RONGCHENG Machinery Company, Ltd. for the object to explore the basic model of a machining workshop facilities planning. Chinese automotive industry has developed very rapidly since the 21 century. It leads to the rapid development of the corresponding parts industry. Vehicle transmission production and manufacturing have many disadvantages such as backward production technology, production low efficiency, and poor quality, high consumption of energy per unit of product and so on, which are increasingly becoming the focus of the automotive industry.
