浅析财务风险管理——以乐视网为例 [摘要] 从改革开放至今，我国的经济发展速度在一年年逐步上升，互联网行业迅猛崛起，尤其在最近几年国内外经济都不景气的情况下，加上传统行业增长乏力，中国经济依靠互联网行业的迅速发展迎来了新的增长点。我国互联网视频行业整体的发展水平较快，其中的互联网公司在经营管理过程中，经济环境复杂、企业竞争激烈，如果想要在各类竞争中稳步发展，就必须要需要把对财务风险的管理放在首位加以重视。为了防范企业财务风险有极大可能造成的损失，企业有必要安排专门人手对财务风险进行分析，并着重做好相应防范措施。本文以乐视网为例，分析了互联网视频行业整体的特点和近几年行业发展现状，其次通过分析财务状况找出其面临的财务风险问题，最后，本文根据公司的特点，分析出现上述问题的主要原因，并根据问题出现的成因提出应对这些风险的防范措施，以便为企业的未来发展战略提供参考。 [关键字] 乐视网 财务风险 问题 建议 Study on Financial Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Music Vision Network [Abstract] Since the reform and opening up, Chinas economic development has been steadily increasing, and Internet companies have risen rapidly, especially in recent years. This article takes LeTV.com as an example to analyze the overall characteristics of the Internet video industry and the status quo of industry development in recent years.
