教师处理幼儿攻击行为的策略研究 摘要 攻击性行为是儿童成长过程中出现在幼儿期的一种比较常见的问题行为。它直接影响到幼儿社会性、个体认知的发展，也会给幼儿的学习与生活带来困扰。攻击性行为不仅会影响到幼儿的身心健康发展，同时也会导致其青少年时期的行为障碍及成年后的精神问题和犯罪行为等。因此应在幼儿期通过对幼儿行为的引导和规范，减少攻击性行为的产生。 本文从教师和幼儿的角度，采用观察法和访谈法共研究幼儿攻击性事件20起，涉及20名幼儿；访谈各年龄班主班、配班教师共6名。研究发现, 教师在处理幼儿攻击性行为时常使用劝导、引导幼儿自己处理、批评喝止、讲道理并说服、安抚但不多加处理、置之不理等策略，其中劝导、批评喝止、讲道理并说服等以教师为主导的策略使用最多；教师在面对不同性别、年龄、起因和不同攻击性行为表现时，其处理策略有所不同。针对上述情况，笔者提出幼儿园应加强幼儿教师的培训，提高教师处理幼儿冲突能力的建议。 关键词：幼儿；攻击行为；教师；对策 Strategy Research of Teachers to deal with Children’s Aggressive Behavior Abstract Aggressive behavior is common forms of behavior disorders of Children when they are between toddler period of growth. It directly affects childrens social and individual cognitive development, also will bring young childrens problems to learning and life. Aggressive behavior not only affect childrens physical and mental health development, but also lead to adolescent behavior disorders and mental health problems in adulthood and crime and so on. As a result,its necessary to reduce the generation of aggressive behavior by guide and standardize the behavior of small children. This paper used observational method and interviewing method from the perspective of teachers and children.It researched 20 young children aggressive events,which 20 children,6 terchers were involved.The paper discussed teachers correctly handle children aggressive behavior and provide a reference basis to them, then research from establishment of environment, guidance on childrens emotion and behavior. The paper has great guiding significance to take reasonable effective strategies to deal with childrens aggressive behavior. Key words: Infant, aggressive behavior , strategy 一、问题提出 （一）选题的由来 幼儿的攻击性行为是幼儿在正常的发育发展的中,产生的一种极为正常和频繁的问题行为。它直接影响到幼儿社会性、个体认知的发展,也会给幼儿的学习与生活带来困扰。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》明确指出,要培养幼儿“理解并遵守日常生活中的社会行为准则”、“爱父母长辈、老师和同伴”。强调在幼儿期通过对幼儿行为的引导和规范,减少攻击性行为的产生。因此,作为幼儿教师,务必深入了解幼儿的攻击性行为,并探讨正确处理幼儿攻击性行为的正确策略。本文拟从教师的角度,分别围绕环境创设、教师对幼儿情绪与行为的引导等方面进行研究。通过对数据的分析和讨论,研究出教师处理幼儿攻击性行为的合理策略,为幼儿教师管理幼儿的攻击行为提供参考依据。 （二）选题的目的和意义
