Step 1 Warming up

Shoe some pictures and introduce the writers and their books to the students.
Step 2 Listening
1. Ask the students to Look at the pictures.
2. Say who they are and why they are famous.
3. Play the recording and ask the students to listen carefully.
4. Now listen and check your answers.
5. Listen again and fill in the blanks.
Presenter: Hello, today our guests will each introduce an important person from their countries, and we’ll discuss why they are famous.
