摘 要 边缘新闻从业者是我国新闻机构在逐渐走向市场的过程当中产生的新闻从 业者群体。与传统的新闻从业者相比，尽管边缘新闻从业者在身份上缺少清晰 的认定，业务上缺乏政策的保障与支持，但他们所进行的新闻业务工作却同样 是我国新闻传播活动的重要组成部分。 促使边缘新闻从业人员产生的社会因素非常的复杂，其中媒体制度的局限 和市场环境的需求是其中最重要、最显著的因素：边缘新闻从业者正是在市场 的需求下产生，在制度的局限中被边缘。 在制度限制和市场需求的影响下，新闻机构与边缘新闻从业者之间在博弈 中达到了策略上的均衡。均衡策略体现出制度、市场、新闻机构、边缘新闻从 业者这几方面要素在边缘新闻从业者产生过程当中的相互关系，揭示了制度因 素与市场因素在边缘新闻从业者产生过程中所起的关键性作用。 主题词：“边缘新闻从业者”；“制度”；“市场” Abstract “Marginalized journalists” are a newly emerged group in China’s media community as the country’s news agencies gradually become more market-oriented. Compared with those journalists in the traditional sense, the “marginalized journalists” are characterized by the lack of explicit definition on their identity, and lack of sufficient support from state policy in terms of their professional service. Nevertheless, the news reporting and publication service “the marginalized journalists” are engaging in at present time, has been an important part in the media communication activities in China. The causes that lead to the phenomenon of “marginalized journalists” are complicated, while the market demand and the restriction stemming from China’s media regulations are the key factors: it is the market demand that contributes to the emergence of “marginalized journalists” while they became a “marginalized group” as a result of the restriction of current relevant regulations in China. Under the influence of current regulation restrictions and demands, China’s media community and “marginalized journalists” reached equilibrium strategies in their interplay.
