综合医学 医药前沿 2015年2月 第5卷第4期 体检中通过超声发现卵巢畸胎瘤53例分析 1 2 吴云华 代前军 （1 安徽省滁州市第二人民医院超声科 安徽 滁州 239000） （2 安徽省滁州市第一人民医院放射科 安徽 滁州 239000） 【摘要】目的：探讨超声检查在体检中对诊断卵巢畸胎瘤的价值及意义。方法：回顾性分析体检中发现53例疑 似卵巢囊性畸胎瘤患者的超声图像表现，对其随访，对照手术及病理结果，来询证超声诊断卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的方法。 结果：手术及病理证实53例病例均为卵巢囊性畸胎瘤，声像图表现为囊性包块型9例、实性包块型3例、囊实混合 包块型41例；证实超声诊断卵巢畸胎瘤敏感度高。结论：卵巢囊性畸胎瘤在超声上有着特异性的声像图表现。超声 对其诊断及鉴别诊断都有很高的价值，加上价廉，简便易行，可作为常规体检中筛查卵巢畸胎瘤首选检查方法。为 疑似病患者提供早期、客观的影像资料，做到早诊断、早治疗。 【关键词】体检；超声诊断；卵巢囊性畸胎瘤；手术病理；诊断 【中图分类号】R445.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）04-0146-02 Physical examination in 53 cases of ovarian teratoma analysis found by ultrasound Wu Yunhua. Methods a retrospective analysis of medical examination found in 53 patients with suspected ovarian cystic teratoma of the ultrasonic image performance, the follow-up, contrast with surgical and pathological results to confirmation method of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cystic teratoma. Results the surgery and pathology confirmed 53 cases were ovarian cystic teratoma, ultrasonographic performance for cystic mass type 9 cases, solid mass type 3 cases, cystic mixed bag piece type 41 cases; Ultrasonic diagnosis of ovarian teratoma confirmed high sensitivity. Conclusion ovarian cystic teratoma has a specificity on ultrasonic ultrasonographic manifestations. Ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis has the very high value, and cheap, simple and can be used as a routine examination in screening of ovarian teratoma choice examination method.
