南京体育学院学报 Journalof Nanjing Sport Institute ·探索与争鸣· 南京市中学体育教师专业发展需求研究 阿英嘎,朱晓文,张　 朋 (南京师范大学 体育科学学院,江苏 南京210046) 摘 要:满足不同层次的教师专业发展需求是提高教师专业水平的关键。 通过问卷调查和实地访 谈,了解到南京市中学体育教师整体对促进中学生进行合作互助的能力、激发学生学习动机的方法、中学教 育的主要方法、调节学生心理能力上有相对较高的发展需求。 除“教育教学评价能力”及“沟通与合作能力” 外,不同年龄段的教师在专业知识和专业能力其他八个维度上均存在差异性,年轻教师偏重于具体教学方 法、理论转化实践的需求,而年资较长的教师则倾向于提高教学氛围营造、教学评价手段和现代技术使用等 应用层面需求。 关 键 词:中学体育教师;专业知识;专业能力;需求 中图分类号:G807.2 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1008 1909(2015)03 0001 06 A Study on the Professional Development of PE Teachers in the Middle Schools of Nanjing A Ying-ga,ZHU Xiao-wen,ZHANG Peng (Institute of Physical Education,Nanjing Normal University,Nanjing210046,China) Abstract:To meet the needs of the professional development of teachers at different levels isthe key to improving the professional levelsof teachers.Through questionnairesand interviews,weunderstoodthat thephysical education teachers in the middle schools of Nanjing have relatively high demandfor development in termsof promotion of co- operation among the students,stimulation of their learning motivation,main methodologies of middle school educa- tion,and adjustment of the students’ psychological ability.Except for the “ability to evaluate teaching” and the “a- bility to communicate and cooperate”,differences were found on the eight other dimensions of professional knowledge and ability among teachers of different ages:while younger teachers showed more interest in specific teaching methodsandapplicationoftheoryintopractice,olderteachershadgreaterdemandfortheknow-howtocre- ate a favorable teaching atmosphere,improve teaching evaluation means and apply modern technology.
