This session also proposed the major policy decisions and arrangements to comprehensively promote the rule of law,to construct the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,and to build the socialist country ruled by law. Therefore,in the new historical period,accelerating the pace of construction of rule of law has become a realistic need.
