The result shows that the financial expenditureforagricultureandtheagriculturalloanshaveapositivepromoteeffectontheagriculturalproducts爷 commodity rate,while the agricultural insurance has a negative effect. Astimegoeson,thepositive effect of thefinan鄄 cial expenditureforagricultureandthenegativeeffectoftheagriculturalinsurancegraduallyweaken. Ontheotherhand, the agricultural loans and the agricultural products爷commodity rateform a closer interaction relationship. On the basis of this research,brief policy suggestions have been put forward.
