Clinical Study on Shuganheweisan in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Specia1ity:Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine Author:Yang guoxiang Tutor:Professor Liu weiming Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of shuganhewei san in treating bile reflux gastritis (BRG). Methods: The randomized controlled method was adopted. The selected cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment groups and contorl groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Shuganheweisan, and patients in control group were treated with Danweikang Capsule. Treatment: All patients were treated for four weeks. The changes of primary clinical symptoms and signs in all cases were observed and given evaluation after treatment. Result: The curative effect of the therapy group were obviously better than that of the contorl group(P＜0.01orP＜0.05). Conclusions: Shuganheweisan is a effective formular to cure BRG. No significant toxic and side effect and adverse reactions are observed. The mechanism of the formular is probably to promote gastritis emptying ，harmonize stomach-duodenal,anti-gastritis, anti-ulcer and protect the stomach. This finding authenticated the clinical utility and feasibility of Shuganheweisan. Then deep study and approach are deserved .
