2012 年第 21 期 科技管理研究 2012 No.21 Science and Technology Management Research doi: 10. 3969/j. issn. 1000 -7695. 2012. 21. 041 产业集群中知识扩散研究述评 许琦 (台州职业技术学院机电一体化技术实验室，浙江台州 318000) 摘要:在简要介绍产业集群的基础上，对知识扩散的相关研究成采进行述评。阐述显性知识基于 Web2. 。和 基于引证网络两种常见的扩散模式，归纳非正式的陀、性知识、分散在社会文化中的隐，1生知识、语义的隐性知识 以及睿智的隐性知识的扩散特点。分析知识外化和内化过程。指出产业集群中企业高度密集的特点以及提升整 体技术水平的需要，使得企业通过直接交流和技术扶持等方式促进知识扩散。根据扩散边界，将知识扩散划分 为个人层次、企业层次以及国家层次。最后展望下一步的研究工作。 关键词:知识扩散;产业集群;扩散优势;扩散层次 中图分类号: G302; F269.23; F263 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1000 -7695 (2012) 21 - 0180 - 06 Review of Knowledge Diffusion in Industrial Clusters XU Qi ( Mechatronics Technology Laboratory , Taizhou Vocational and Technical College , Taizhou 318000 , China) Abstract: After a brief introduction of industrial clusters , the paper gives a commentary on the related research results of knowledge diffusion. It describes two common diffusion pattems of explicit knowledge: Web2. 0 - based pattern and ci- tation network - based pattern. The paper summarizes the diffusion characteristics of informal tacit knowledge , socio- culture tacit knowledge , semantic tacit knowledge and sagacious tacit knowledge. The process of knowledge extemaliza- tion and internalization. It s noted that within industrial clusters , a high concentration of enterprises and the need to en- hance the overall technical level promotes knowledge diffusion through direct communication and technical transfer. Ac- cording to the boundary diffusion , knowledge diffusion is divided into three levels: individual level , enterprise level and national level. Finally , the paper proposes the further research work. Key words: knowledge diffusion; industrial clusters; diffusion advantage; diffusion level 1 号|言 知识扩散是指知识从发源地向外传播、转移， 通过市场及非市场渠道，使知识从生产者传递到使 用者的过程。在扩散过程中，知识体现了隐性或者 显性的特点。 Nonaka 等[ 1 J 指出隐性知识对于企业的 发展和核心竞争力的确立是至关重要的，隐性知识 代表企业知识资本中最先进、最有活力和最深层的 部分，是企业创新的源泉和培育企业核心竞争力的 关键。而且，企业的技术创新是通过知识扩散过程 中隐性知识和显性知识之间多次的迭代实现的。产 业集群中由于企业在地理上高度密集的影响，使得 知识扩散具有得天独厚的优势。内生性经济增长理 论[2 - 4 J 认为是积累的知识最终会以某种方式转化为 生产力，
